제목 | Study on the Slide-Ring Material reinforced EPDM Rubber Composites |
초록 | Slide-ring materials(SR) have gained considerable attention for their supramolecular structure and unique softness, elasticity, and toughness properties. Currently, elastomer composites, including SR, have gathered lots of interest for their potential use in rubbers. In this study, composites were prepared by mixing ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber with SR using a two-roll mill. The physical properties of the SR/EPDM composites were investigated. The use of SR in EPDM showed improved physical properties compared to those of EPDM. These types of material present a robust platform for producing novel elastomer composites for high-performance applications.
