제목 Organic-inorganic composite polymer electrolytes with high adhesiveness
초록 A liquid electrolyte using an organic solvent is widely used for diverse electrochemical devices. Although the liquid electrolyte exhibits high ionic conductivity, it has problems of the poor stability triggered by the high leakage, volatilization, and flammability. In this study, an organic-inorganic composite all-solid electrolyte that combines a polymer electrolyte and an inorganic ion conductor was attempted. High stability can be expected by using the inorganic ion conductor, and the physical stability of the inorganic ion conductor and the interfacial contact characteristics with the electrode material can be improved by using the ion-conductive polymer matrix. In particular, in this study, the polymer matrix synthesized through in-situ free radical copolymerization has high adhesion, so that the interfacial stability between the electrolyte and the electrode material could be improved. The prepared polymer electrolyte was applied to various electrochemical cells such as electrochromic devices to evaluate the performance.
