제목 Study of visible light photoreactivity using quantum-dot photodiode
초록  In the Internet of Things (IoT) era, the importance of various sensors, especially photodiodes, is increasing. Among them, the technology for photosensing the visible-light region receiving a lot of attention in fields such as medical, communication and etc.. We fabricated a transparent, solution processable photodiode using quantum-dots, which are considered to be one of the next generation materials because of their stability and high electrical efficiency. The visible-light photoreactivity of photodiodes showed a dark current as much as two order of magnitude at zero bias and an on/off tendency in green light (520 nm). We saw the feasibility of quantum-dot based photodiodes with lower dark current and higher photo current through this study.
