제목 Purification for highly purified p-Dioxanone by Sweating Process
초록 In order to obtain highly purified p-dioxanone(PDX), sweating of crude crystal layer was investigated with p-dioxanone(PDX) and diethylene glycol(DEG). The sweating efficiency were investigated with the temperatures and the elapsed time of sweating process and the initial concentration of mixture. The purification rate and inclusion factor for the layer system crystals of PDX-DEG mixture have been studied. The purification rate coefficient were increased with increasing the sweating temperature(Tsf). The inclusion factor was increased with decreasing the sweating temperature(Tsf). The purity of crystal layer was related to the ratio of crystal mass to sweated crystals mass.
