제목 Novel N-Type Host Derived from Diphenyltriazine for Efficient Sky-blue Phosphorescent Organic Light-Emitting Diodes
초록 In organic light emitting diodes (OLED), the host engineering is important to achieve high device performance. Especially in blue region, development of host materials is now still going on challenge because of high energy state of the emitters. In this work, we developed the new n-type host, derived from diphenyltriazine moiety. The newly synthesized n-type host showed high triplet energy, which can cover the blue phosphorescent emitter, fac-tris(1-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-2-(3-cyanophenyl)-1H-imidzolyl)iridium(III). In OLED device, the external quantum efficiency of fabricated device was 23.6%. This work demonstrated that the synthesized n-type host was effectively worked in blue phosphorescent OLED.
