제목 Fabrication of Bumpy Ag-nanoshells for SERS-based Cell Tracking In vivo
초록 For in vivo surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) detection, Raman scattering should be efficiently excited and detected within the biological window (700-900 nm), where tissue components do not have significant absorption. Considering this, noble metal nanoshells (NS) have been regarded as a good candidate as in vivo SERS nanoprobes owing to the tunability of their plasmon resonances from visible to near-IR range. In this presentation, we report seedless fabrication of Ag-nanoshells (Ag-NS) which have their plasmonic resonance band in NIR region. 4-Fluorobenzenethiol coded Ag-NS was tested as an effective tracking probe of a cell in in vivo SERS detection.
