제목 High-throughput synthesis of new catalysts and polymerization of norbornene utilizing the parallel polymerization reactor system
초록 The vinyl-type polynorbornene, the one of three type of polymerization, is of interest as a specialty polymer because of its good mechanical strength, heat resistivity, and optical transparency for applications such as deep ultraviolet photoresists and interlevel dielectrics in microelectronic applications; it is also of interest as a cover layer for liquid-crystal displays. Herein, Herein, we report the development of new Ni(II), Pd(II), and Co(II) catalysts containing ligands of pyrazolylpyridine derivatives by combinatorial and high-throughput synthesis technology. The catalysts generated by combination of new pyrazolylpyridine ligands with various transition metal in an automated parallel synthesizer, served as Ni(II), Pd(II), and Co(II) catalysts for norbornene polymerization. Vinyl-type polynorbornene was polymerized utilizing the self-made parallel polymerization reactor system.
