Two-phase methodology for metal dissolution under porous conditions |
초록 |
The recovery of metals from electronic waste materials has attracted the attention of environmental scientists and researchers due to the environmental concerns or threats posed by these wastes. Hence, this study presents a robust two-phase computational fluid dynamics model that is suitable to simulate the recovery of metals from electronic wastes by first validating the developed model on a pure metal sample. The results agree well with those from other benchmark cases presented in the open literature and serve as a foundation for the accurate recovery of waste metals. |
