Mechanical properties of the hydrogels from PPO-PEO-PPO α,ω-bisphosphate induced by multivalent metal ions |
| 초록 |
PPO-PEO-PPO triblock copolymer α,ω-bisphosphate derivatives form temperature and pH-sensitive hydrogels in the presence of multivalent metal ions. Is is shown that the mechanical properties of the hydrogels can be adjusted by varying the pH, metal ion cencentration, the kind of metal ions, copolymer composition, cosolutes, and aging time. These prpperties suggest that the hydrogels may be of interest for certain applications that require controlled gel strength or slow gel formation as well as biomedical applications. |
