제목 THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY FOR METAL OXIDE CONTAINING MODIFIED POLYSILOXANE/METAL PRATICLE COMPLEX
초록 In this paper, the effect of metal oxide coordinated modified polysiloxane was investigated for dispersion of metal filler in the polymer matrix. And appropriated percolation threshold theory was employed to analyze the thermal conductivity behavior of composite as function of filler concentration.The PMDMS composite materials showed more enhanced calculated interconnectivity. Also, thermal diffusivity and conductivity showed much higher than other materials in the literature.
