Improving device performance of perovskite light-emitting diodes according to CsBr additive-based anti-solvent engineering |
초록 |
Metal halideperovskites (MHP) have recently attracted a lot of attention as promisingmaterials for solution-processed light-emitting diodes (LEDs). However, thethin film of all-inorganic perovskite light-emitting diodes(PLED) are rarelyreported, as opposed to the recorded high efficiencies obtained fromorganic-inorganic hybrid PLED. Because all-inorganic perovskite materials havelow solubility and it is hard to control the thin film for good direction.Ideal perovskite light-emitting layers should have minimal defects, uniformthickness, and a smooth film surface to avoid exciton quenching, nonradiativerecombination, and current leakage. One of the major factors is morphology andcrystal grain sizes of perovskite layers are known to be broadly tunable byvarious processing parameters. Here, we controlled the morphology and crystalgrain size of perovskite layer via anti-solvent crystallization in order toimprove the performance of CsPbBr3 PLED. |
