제목 | Aqueous synthesis of ZnSe nano-sized particles |
초록 | Unlike that for cadmium based nanocrystals, little research has been found on the synthesis of the ZnSe based ones. The nano-sized Zinc selenide (ZnSe) powder is more environmentally unharmed than the conventional CdSe materials and it is successfully synthesized using Zn and Se precursors by a hydrothermal process. In this research, the experiments were proceeded with various Zn/Se ratio, using thioglycolic acid as a stabilizing agent. |
