Laser-induced Nano-assembly of Palladium Nanoparticles and 3D Porous Graphene for Wireless, Flexible, High-sensitive Hydrogen Detection |
초록 |
Achieving the hybrid materials remains a challenge due to the processing requirements of high thermal/chemical energy, and lengthy period of time consumption. Here, a facile and simple method to produce hybrid nano-assembly of porous graphene and PdNPs from polymers is reported. The polymers of intrinsic microporosity (PIM-1) have high solubility in volatile solvent and miscibility with inorganic materials, and enables to facily fabricate homogenous polymer films with Pd-ligands. We laser photothermally processed the films to form the nano-assembly of 3D porous graphene and PdNPs. The hybrids exhibit high-performance hydrogen sensing at low concentration of 1ppm and outstanding flexibility and durability under bending and twisting. The nano-assembly is further integrated on a wireless sensing platform and 1 ppm hydrogen leakage is successfully detected 20 m apart from the sensing systems by a smartphone. . |
