제목 | Synthesis and Characterization of High Sensitive Photoinitiators for Fabrication of Black Bank in OLEDs |
초록 | In order to improve the visibility for outside use of OLEDs without polarized film, a demand on the use of a black bank, which can effectively absorb external light, has been still increased. However, black pigments/dyes used in the black bank absorb the UV light for exposure and reduce the light transmittance. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, we synthesized fluorene-based photoinitiators and evaluated them for the fabrication of a black bank. *This work was also supported by the Industrial Strategic Technology Development Program(No.10063289, Development of High Temperature Negative tone Photosensitive Black Resin and fabrication process for Pol-less AMOLED Devices) funded by the Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy(MOTIE, Korea).
