Recently, increasing interest in antioxidants, many studies are being made to extract the effective ingredients from a natural substance. Several new extraction methods are appeared to reinforce a low extraction efficiency of existing traditional extraction method. In this study, by applying ultrasound-solvent extraction method, pulled the effect of minimizing the solvent used, saving energy, reducing processing times. Finally tried to quantify the optimized extraction efficiency of ultrasound-solvent extraction. |
