Tyrosinase inhibitory and antioxidant activities of milk-derived peptides |
| 초록 |
Several milk-derived proteins have been known to contain depigmenting activity. However, the depigmenting activity of these peptides has yet to be thoroughly investigated. Therefore, we prepared four kinds of the aforementioned milk-derived peptides and their fragments (Tetrapeptide) by solid phase peptide synthesis method, and found that they efficiently inhibited Tyrosinase activity and suppressed melanogenesis in B16F1 cells. |
