제목 | Functional Group Tunings on Titanium Clusters and Their Catalytic Activities |
초록 | Titanium(IV) is earth abundant early transition metal, and it has been widely studied for various organic transformations as a organometallic reagent or catalyst. Since the titanium(IV) ion has very high oxo-philic character and proper size to form the molecular cluster, titanium(IV) carboxylate molecular clusters have many attentions from inorganic and catalyst communities.1 The work herein, we controlled para-position of carboxylic acid and ortho and meta position of carboxylic acid by halogenation. Using these ligands, we attempted to synthesize titanium cluster by solvothermal condition and we obtained crystalline titanium cluster successively. After synthesis we investigated catalytic activity of these clusters to CO2 cycloaddition and photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes.2 References 1. K. Hong, H. Chun, Inorg.
