제목 Optical Encoding Method using SERS Active Nanoparticles for Screening of Peptide Library
초록 The preparation and screening of compound libraries remain one of the most challenging tasks in drug discovery, multiplexed disease biomarker screening. Herein, we report simple and efficient surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) based encoding method for high-throughput screening (HTS) system. The strong point of this optical encoding method lies in the availability of a large number of Ramam active coding molecules. Moreover, the SERS signals have narrow band width (< 2 nm) without peak overlap, and a single wave lengh excitation is used for the detection of multiple encodings.
