제목 Effects of sintering temperature and dopants on the electrical properties of zinc oxide (ZnO) powders
초록 In this study, the effects of sintering temperature on electrical properties of ZnO are discussed. In the temperature range 1150℃ to 1350℃, the electrical conductivity of ZnO increased with increasing the sintering temperature. In addition, electrical properties of ZnO powders have been studied on relation to doping of the 3d transition metals (Al, Co, Mn, Cu, etc.) through the impedance spectroscopy. The doping of Al increased the electrical conductivity of ZnO, whereas the doping of Mn decreased it, indicating that the electrical conductivity of ZnO varies depending on the doping elements.
