제목 Novel Bithiophene Extended IDIC-Based Non-FullereneAcceptors for Organic Photovoltaics​
초록 We developed new bithiopheneextended electron acceptors based on m-alkoxythenyl-substituted IDIC with threedifferent end groups, named as IDT-BT-IC, IDT-BT-IC4F, and IDT-BT-IC4Cl,respectively. The UV-vis absorption maximum was redshifted and the bandgap wasdecreased as the strong electron accepting ability of the end group increased.Using these acceptors and a bulk heterojunction structure using PBDB-T,inverted organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices were fabricated, and theirperformance was analyzed. When the J-V curve via measured short-circuitcurrent density (Jsc) andopen-circuit voltage (Voc)of OPV using each of the three acceptors was investigated, Jsc and photocurrent efficiency (PCE) of IDT-BT-IC4Fshowed the highest values.
