제목 Study of efficiency in dye-sensitized solar cells on TiO2 layer and FTO substrate thickness
초록 Effect of FTO substrate thickness and TiO2 thin film thickness on efficiencies in dye-sensitized solar cell has been investigated. The conversion efficiency of 3.4% for 1mm-thick substrate is improved to 4.3% when 2mm-thick substrate is used. And the conversion efficiency of 4.3% for 10㎛-thick TiO2 layer is improved to 4.9% when 21㎛-thick TiO2 layer is coated. Improvement of efficiency on substrate and TiO2 layer thickness are associate with the quantity and wavelength of transmitted light.
