제목 Comparison of the Dye-sensitized solar cell efficiencyon the pristine and surface-modified TiO2
초록 Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have offered the hope of fabricating photovoltaic devices with high efficiency at low cost. To improve DSSCs device efficiency, one of the effective approaches is an insulation coating on the TiO2 surface. This method is effective to retard charge recombination, and hence improve device efficiency. We investigated effects of insulation coating on TiO2 surface on the performances of DSSCs. Metal Hydroxides such as Ba(OH)2 ,KOH, LiOH and NaOH were selected for insulation coating.
