제목 Characterization of water soluble polymeric materials for solar cell.
초록 We have fabricated BHJ solar cell from WSCP which is used as an electron transport layer on the top of commercially available active layer, P3HT:PCBM. All device characteristics show short circuit current density (Jsc), open circuit voltage (Voc), fill factor (FF) and power conversion efficiency (PCE). Insertion of WSCP causes the increase of power conversion efficiency (PCE) in BHJ-SC. The Jsc and Voc are increased when PEO and PEO + Cs2CO3 was introduced in the solar cells compared to that of the device without PEO. The PCE was observed at 0.21 % for the without WSCP device, 0.27 % for the with PEO device, 0.28 % for the with PEO + Cs2CO3 device.
