Important role of the work function controllable polymeric hole extraction layers for perovskite solar cells |
초록 |
The methylammonium lead halide perovskites were studied recently as promising photo absorption and carrier transporter material for solar cells. There has been remarkable progress of power conversion efficiency (PCE) in perovskite solar cells. Here, we present a methylammonium lead iodide (CH3NH3PbI3) perovskite solar cells based on the work function controllable self-organized gradient hole extraction layer (GraHEL) which is designed for energy level alignment to HOMO levels of CH3NH3PbI3. By employing the GraHEL instead of pristine PEDOT:PSS, we enhance the built-in potential, the photocurrent and diode characteristics of perovskite solar cells which reach 11.7% of PCE at 100 mW cm-2. All layers except electrodes were deposited using solution-based processes to meet the commercial requirement, and we demonstrated the flexible perovskite solar cells which reach efficiencies as high as 8.0% . |
