제목 A Novel Dual Drug-eluting stent in Procine Coronary Restensis Model 
초록 Coronary stents have revolutionized the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Stent based local drug release at the site of cardiovascular injury via a polymer coated stent is an attractive therapeutic method to achieve an effective local concentration of the drug for a designed period. performance of DES need to increase direct cellular effect in re-endothelialization and vessel wall healing We were provided for coating stents having abluminal and lunminal surface with different drug coating materials to avoid restenosis and proliferation of endothelial cells. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of novel dual drug-eluting stent compared to commercial drug-eluting stent in porcine coronary restenosis model. This research was supported by a grant from the technology innovation Development Project funded by the Korean Small and Medium Business Administration (Project no. S2083465).
