Effect of O2 and aeration in Salmonella choleraesuis, E. Coli K12 and Staphylococcus aureus disinfection by Gamma ray |
초록 |
The disinfection efficiencies of gamma radiation with O2 and air saturation were against Salmonella choleraesuis 94.54%, 99.94%, against E. Coli K12 96.31%, 76.51%, and against Staphylococcus aureus93.4%, 86.66% at 0.2kGy while those of only gamma radiation were 89.93%, 75.48% and 75.5%.Microbial regrowths after UV-C, VUV, Ozone and gamma ray disinfections were also evaluated for 4 days. Significant microbial regrowth was observed for the UV-C, VUV and Ozone-disinfected effluent, while there was almost no microbial regrowth for the gamma ray disinfection at 1 and 2kGy. |
