제목 The effect of air gap on the morphology of polymer bilayer under electric field
초록 Electric fields were used to enhance thermal fluctuations at the interface between two thin liquid films or liquid/air films. In this study, we investigated the effect of air gap on the morphology of polymer bilayers consisting of poly (methyl methacrylates) (PMMA) and polystyrene (PS) under electric field. Each polymer layer was spin-coated onto silicon wafer which used as one of the electrodes (lower electrode). The gap between two electrodes was changed by adjusting film thickness of poly (ethylene terephthalate) film as the spacer. We observed that the formation of cylindrical pillars structure depended upon air gap as well as an applied voltage and total film thickness.
