제목 Efficient functionalization of single-walled carbon nanotubes for dispersant-free colloidal dispersion and its electrical/electrochemical applications
초록  In this talk, we present the rational oxidation method of SWCNTs viaacid treatment by minimizing defect formation on the surface. Importantly, thestructure of the oxidized SWCNTs (Ox-SWCNTs) could be recovered by chemical,thermal, photothermal, or solvothermal reduction, enhancing the electricalconductivity of the Ox-SWCNT films from ~100 to ~1000 S cm−1. Our results demonstrate thatremarkable electrical or electrochemical performances were obtained afterdeposition of SWCNT inks or pastes that were dispersed in water and variousorganic solvents (without additional dispersant). Supercapacitors and LIBcathode electrodes using Ox-SWCNTs and reduced Ox-SWCNTs showed highelectrochemical performances compared to those employing pristine SWCNTs. Thehigh solution dispersibility and structural recovery of oxidized carbonmaterials are expected to facilitate their application as electrical orelectrochemical components in next-generation devices.
