Nitration of halopropane to nitropropane over several catalysts |
초록 |
This study realize the industrial nitration process of 2-halopropane under a room temperature and pressure using a modified solid catalysts in a miniature reactor. The conversion yield increased by 10% and this maintained several month in a continuous reaction, while the conversion yield dropped down at the no catalytic reaction. We have previously reported that ZrO2, ZrO2, NaOH-ZrO2 and NaOH- ZrO2 could act as a catalyst for the nitration of 2-halopropane. This solide base catalysts was treated with 10% aqueous sulfuric acid, then dried at 120℃ and calcined at 600℃ in air. 2-halopropane was used NaNO2 and Urea. This solution was stirring for 5 hours at room temperature. |
