제목 Functionalized Polymer Micelles for Targeted Delivery of Anticancer Drug
초록 In recent years, there has been great interests in the development of nanoscopic therapeutic systems to improve drug delivery to target cancer cells. For this purpose, we focused on the development of a ligand-mediated polymeric micelle. Amphiphilic block copolymers composed of poly(ethylene glycol) and poly(ε-caprolactone) were synthesized and then conjugated with anti-EGFR for active targeting to cancer cells such as colon, lung, prostate, and breast cancer cell. The micelle formation of the block polymers in aqueous phase was confirmed by DLS and TEM analysis. Flow cytometric studies and microscopic analysis were carried out to elucidate selective targeting capability of micelles.
