제목 | Design and synthesis of non-fullerene acceptor based on Y6 series for organic solar cell |
초록 | In the past three decades, photovoltaic performances of OSCs have been improved by using the synergistic development of active materials and device fabrication skills. In this work, we choose polymer PM6 as a donor which has wide band gap and high crystallinity. To match with the PM6, we designed and synthesized non-fullerene acceptor derivative. The Y6 exhibited many attractive features including low energy band gap which can be strong absorption in the near-infrared region, and strong π-π stacking in the neat film which can improve the hole and electrons mobility when blended with highly crystalline donor. Recently, OSCs using PM6 and Y6 derivatives reached over 18% of PCE. We expect not only similar effects of Y6’s attractive feature to reach the high performance OSCs through the improvement of the open -circuit voltage (VOC), the short circuit current density (JSC) and fill factor (FF) by controlling the bandgap and crystallinity based on Y6. |
