Organic solar cells (OSCs) studied for their low process cost, flexibility, transparency and various applications. Recently, power conversion efficiency (PCE) of OSCs has enhanced almost 20% that is close to perovskite or silicon solar cells. However, its efficiency is still not enough for commercialization. Many strategies have studied to increase PCE of OSCs devices such as multi-layer, interlayer, additives, post-treatment etc. Especially, hybridization strategy has many advantages for high performance. It can expand active layer’s absorption by multi-active layer system. And it can arrange energy level alignment by introducing various interlayer. In this study, we fabricated multi-hybrid OSCs with various hybrid layers. As a result, OSCs’s photovoltaic performance has highly increased. Furthermore, we can adopt this strategy to indoor, transparent applications. |
