제목 Iodine substituted polycarbo-silane by high temperature and pressure reaction process and property research.
초록 SiC is a material with excellent strength, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is generally used as a material for electronic, semiconductor, automobile, and mechanical parts. Recently, SiC single crystal for LED is expected to be a new market application. In addition, SiC is also used as a heating element is applied directly to the electrical energy. In this study, rather than applying electric energy directly to increase the convenience and efficiency, the research is focused on the manufacture of heating elements that can raise the temperature in a short time by irradiating microwaves to SiC-I2 with polarization difference.

This experiment was carried out by removing Chlorine from Dimethyldichlorosilane and adding I2 in the washing process, and then adding I2 to Polydimethylsilane followed by high temperature and high pressure process. At this time, Iodine was added 3, 2 and 1wt% to DMDCS and 3, 2 and 1wt% respectively to PDMS to carry out high temperature and high pressure process. The results were confirmed using FT-IR and UV-Visible, and the heat-generating characteristics were carried out in the frequency band of 2.45GHz after heat treatment in the atmosphere furnace.
