제목 재생의학기술을 이용한 바이오 인공장기의 개발
초록 We studied small and large diameter vascular grafts engineered with pulsatile mechanical strains using elastic, biodegradable 3D tubular scaffolds. Bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells (MNCs), vascular smooth muscle cells and enthothelial cells have been noticed as a cell source for vascular tissue engineering. We have implanted PLCL scaffolds/MNCs composites to abdominal aortas. The fibrous PLCL scaffolds implanted with MNCs were not occluded 4 weeks after implantation.
We also studied cartilage tissue engineering with cyclic compressive mechanical strains using elastic, biodegradable 3D scaffolds.
