Synergistically enhanced thermal conductivity of carbon fiber/epoxy composites |
초록 |
We fabricated thermally conductive polymer composites having special morphology by copper coated on cross-ply carbon fabric. Thermally conductive copper layers were easily formed on surface of carbon fiber by electroplating because carbon fiber is conductive. This morphology makes composites to transfer synergistically heat through cross-ply carbon fiber and unidirectional coated copper layer. Also, thermal conductivity of composites was enhanced as increase of electroplating time, 10min, 20min and 40min, respectively. |
