We investigated the phase behavior of binary blends of two asymmetric diblock copolymers which have almost same molecular weight and complementary composition by using small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) measurements. From the SAXS experiments, we found the order-disorder temperature of each binary blend and constructed a brief phase diagram of these binary blends. Moreover, we observed anomalous temperature behavior of domain spacing and it seems to be dependent on the composition of one block copolymer in the binary blends. From these results, we will explain the temperature dependency of cosurfactant effect and the location of each block copolymer. |
