Development of polymer coated ferro magnetic nanoparticles for bio-application |
초록 |
Magnetic nanoparticle has been widely used as a biomarker research for separation and purification of proteins and DNA. In this study, the particle surface was modified with various polymer containing organic functional groups. Modified magnetic nanoparticles are characterized by fluorescence microscope and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry (FT-IR) for functional group identification and scanning electron microscope (SEM) for image of magnetic nano particles. Polymer coated beads were modified with 3-Aminophenyl boronic acid(APBA) further to functionalize for bio-application. The mixture of glycoprotein and non-glycoprotein was applied to the APBA modified beads. The captured glycoprotein was identified by Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization – Time of Flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrometer. |
