제목 Fabrication of SWCNT-ICP hybrid thin filmand their optoelectronic properties
초록 Recently a number of research investigations have looked into the fabrication and characteristics of conducting polymer-CNT nano composite for various applications. In general, π-conjugated conducting polymer such as PEDOT, PPy, PANi, and polythiophene(PT) have good electronic properties and, at the same time, form somewhat processed films, CNTs have excellent electronic properties but film formation is quite impossible for CNTs by themselves. In this work, conducting polymers(ICP)-CNT nano composite films were prepared by the gas-phase polymerization technique in the presence of CNTs as a composited material. Compared to the traditional composite technique and film-coating procedure, this process increased the carried mobility by effective percolation for electrical conductivity, and increased the conductivity.
