Metal halide perovskite nanocrystals (MHP NCs), which have been used for light emitters, exhibit outstanding optoelectronic poperites such as high color purity and strong luminescence, convenient color tenability, and solution processability. Here, we synthesized post-processable CH3NH3PbX3 MHP NCs adopting MAPbX3 by modified ligand assisted re-precipitation(LARP) method which is physically enable to confine the excitons and avoid thermal ionization of excitons, causing the weak PL of MHPs at room temperature. The synthesized MAPbX3 MHP NC-solutions exhibited full-colored emission spectrum at 435-631nm and these MHP NCs can absorb the light of the corresponding their spectrum such as blue, green, and red. Consequently, it can be applied to the self-powered panchromatic MHP NCs-photodetector and the photodetector could detect the RGB light in a single cell. |
