Improved Heating Performance of Metal/Carbon Fiber Composites with Different Phosphorus Contents |
초록 |
The aim of this study was to investigate the performance of electroless Ni-P plated carbon fiber (NiCF) heating elements according to the different phosphorus contents. The amount of phosphorus was adjusted to five different pH values, 4.0, 5.5, 7.0, 8.5 and 10.0. The surface morphology and nickel layer thickness of the NiCF were measured by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Surface structure was measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the amount of phosphorus was determined using the energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The specific heat and specific resistivity were measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and 4-probe method, respectively. The surface temperature was also measured by thermo-graphic camera at fixed 12 voltages. |
