Carbon materials are long having been evaluated as materials for its superior mechanical, thermal and electrical properties which might have a effect on future industry. . Carbon filler, normally, is tend to be occured in flocculated form and those form of filler losts its own properties. Hence, it is required to retain the filler particles to be dispersed and keep being isolated between the near particles. In this research, we initially introduced a pre-dispersion technique to make carbon materials dispersed. we polymerized the PSAs in-situ by using the pre-dispersion particles. Finally, we evaluated mechanical properties of PSAs in relation to different dispersion conditions and polymerization conditions. |
