There are many tapes for mobile display; Optically clear adhesive, embo tape, electrical conductive tape, etc. Shock absorption foam tape is layer that protects display from fracture. It consists of shock absorbing filler and binder that makes filler get together. In this research, we use closed microcell type in order to implement shock absorbing system and this closed type has many advantages. For example, it can be used for water-proof foam tape, high anti-compression foam tape, and so on. We designed shock absorbing foam tape by dispersing closed microcell filler into different binder, and evaluated shock absorbing property. |
