PET filmwas widely used as substrates for various kinds of devices, due to its transparency, flexibility, thermal resistance and mechanical strength. However, the adhesive strength of PET film to metal plates or polymers is poor, because there is no polar group on the surface of PET film. To improve this weak point, researches are being carried out on the formation of reactive functional group through surface treatment.In this work, PET film was treated in KOH solution for 60 minutes at 60℃.The surface properties of PET film were analyzed using a contact angleinstrument, FTIR-ATR, video microscope, XPS, FESEM, and AFM. |
