| 초록 |
Silver nanoparticles enhanced chemiluminescence intensity of luminol system. Determination of cysteine by a chemiluminescenc method with silver nanoparticles has been presented. Various experimental parameters such as pH, concentration of luminoland silver nanoparticle were investigated and optimized to obtain high chemiluminescence intensity. Then cysteine solutions concentrated in the range of 1x10-3-1x10-7 M were determined using the luminol system with silver nanoparticles. |
