제목 A Selective Determination Method of Lead(Ⅳ) ion by Chemiluminescence with Oxidation of Ascorbic Acid
초록 A selective analytical method based on the oxidation of ascorbic acid using lead(Ⅳ) ion was investigated for determination of lead(Ⅳ) ion. In this study, the chemiluminescence emission of luminol was obtained by adding lead(Ⅳ) ion in the presence of ascorbic acid. However, lead(Ⅱ) ion had no catalytic activity on the chemiluminescence emission of luminol. Based on this phenomenon, a selective chemiluminescence method was proposed for the determination of lead(Ⅳ) ion. The effects of pH and concentrations of ascorbic acid on the chemiluminescence intensity were examined and optimized to determine lead(IV).
