Proposal of government R&D investment direction in hydrogen energy sector through the analysis of AHP and government investment need |

This paper proposed the ultimate investment fields through the AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) analysis that will be utilized as a guideline for the budget allocation adjustment of government R&D investment in the hydrogen energy sector. To screen key output variables for investment efficiency analysis, the relative importance of possible fields was determined through a questionnare-based survey for related experts. In order to reflect the results of the qualitative analysis, the promising fields in the hydrogen energy sector were derived from the viewpoint of investment urgency and government investment need in the 28 categories through a 5-point scale expert survey. The final investment fields was determined by taking the average of quantitative and qualitative analysis results. |
