제목 Porous Silicon Interferometric Sensors for the Detection of Biomolcules Using Laser Source
초록 Various detection methods using nanostructured materials, such as distributed Bragg reflectors (DBRs), for sensing biomolcules have been developed. The detection methods involve the shift of DBR in the reflectivity spectra in Phospate buffer solution(PBS) of biomolcules.The detection efficiency is also increased whena laser (λem=650nm) is used as an incident light source instead of a tungsten-halogen lamp. -This research was financially supported by the Ministry of Coomerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE) and Korea Industrial Technology Foundation (KOTEF) through the Human Resource Training Project for Regional Innovation.
