Bio-functionalization of anisotropic multialyed porous silicon |
| 초록 |
Porous silicon films displaying a distribution of pore dimensions can be generated by electrochemically etching silicon in aqueous ethanolic HF using an asymmetric electrode configuration. Multi layer in regions of the film where the pore dimensions are larger then a critical size, interpreted to be the characteristic for Biosensor Application. This research was supported by Basic Science Research Program through the National Research Foundation of Korea(NRF) funded by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology(grant number). |
