제목 | Enhanced Temperature Coefficient of Resistivity Properties of EVA Composites with Bi-model Carbon Fillers for Application of Temperature Sensor. |
초록 | Electrically conductive polymer composites (CPCs) have attracted a great deal of attention both industrially and academically due to their wide applications such as electromagnetic interference shielding, actuators, sensors. Temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) composites have been paid more attention as a temperature sensor because of advantages of high sensitivity, flexibility and light weight. TCR behavior is that as the temperature increases, the resistance increases by volume expansion. However, monofiller-based TCR composites have poor temperature sensitivity and repeatability for application as temperature sensors. Here, we fabricated temperature sensor based on TCR polymer composite with using of carbon black and exfoliated graphite as bi-model fillers. Temperature sensors were optimized by controlling the content of the filler, which also showed excellent performance in temperature sensitivity and repeatability. |
