Improved transdermal permeation of FITC-BSA through the skin treated with micro-needles system. |
초록 |
To penetrate large molecules such as vaccine and protein drug(FITC-BSA) through skin treated with microneedle. FITC was dissolved in PBS and BSA was dissolved in DMSO. Two solutions were mixed at 4℃ and were stirred for 24h in the darkroom. Skin kept in 0.9% NaCl solution at 30min and treated with microneedle. The volume of 4mL PBS was added in Fransz-diffusion cell, and PBS 2mL was collected with time. It was analyzed fluorescent spectroscopy. The group of using 4R showed the highter rate than non treated and 2R types through the skin. We confirmed that permeation rate of BSA was increased with the treatment by microneedle and was increased by the increasing frequency of treatment. this research was supported WCU(R31-20029) |
